This is an Agreement between You, the Member, and Sharon Elizabeth Photography, ("Us" or "We" or "Dear Me"). By signing this agreement, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement.

Your Rights
This Membership Agreement starts once you have accepted the terms outlined in this agreement. By accepting the terms you are agreeing to pay the applicable monthly membership amount which is outlined below.

Your Dear Me membership will start immediately from the time you accept the terms and pay your initial membership fee of $29.00 a month or $49.00 a month depending on which membership you choose and will expire after 12 consecutive months. If you get signed up for Next Level Membership - you must complete at least 9 months before scheduling your 30 minute beauty session. If you get signed up for Next Level Membership your 4 x a year heart check in calls will be scheduled once a quarter. 

You are entitled:

Access to an online facebook community.
A positive and beneficial group experience.
Access to an online membership hub that hosts all materials. 

Access is discontinued at the end of your membership period or if/when you terminate your membership.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason with a 30-day notice. Simply email us at sharonelizabethphotography@hotmail.com and provide your Name/Facebook Profile and we will cancel your membership, remove your access to the online facebook community, and suspend payment processing for the next billing cycle. 

In case of dispute you must show that you cancelled the Agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Refund Policy
Per the Cancellation Policy above, you have the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason with a 30-day written/electronic notice. We will cancel your membership and suspend payment processing. No refunds for any monies paid will be given due to the nature of this membership.

Your Obligations
You agree to pay us the applicable first month membership fee when you join online and sign this agreement. 

You agree to submit your monthly membership fee promptly and understand that a late fee of $50.00 will be assessed in the event you fail to provide payment. This fee must be paid immediately upon receipt.

Your first membership payment is due upon joining online and each subsequent 1-month period commencing from your “join” date for up to twelve months.

You agree to pay us the membership fee whether or not there is any temporary interruption in your use of services during the period that is outside of our control; this may include but is not limited to, internet outages, social media interruptions, etc.

You agree to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card account for payment processing.

If any payment due from you is not honored, you will be notified that your membership has been terminated due to non-payment. You can reinstate your membership by providing updated debit or credit card account and email information for processing. 

In the event you fail to notify us of your membership termination and fail to submit payment, the remaining balance plus an additional $50.00 fee will be invoiced and must be paid immediately upon receipt.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree that you have read and understand our privacy policy which is available below.

You agree to tell us immediately of any changes to your personal details including contact information and payment method.

Our Obligations
We provide a unique and safe online experience, in conjunction with group engagement, to propel transformation in the lives of every group member.

We aim to provide worksheets, challenges, resources and live videos. 


Our Rights
We may terminate this Agreement and your Membership with immediate effect if you do not pay any applicable membership amount when it is due.

We may terminate this Agreement and cancel your Membership with immediate effect on notice to you if you consistently breach any of the Group Membership Rules outlined in the online community, causing an unpleasant and/or unbeneficial experience for other group members.

If we do not terminate your Membership if you breach any of the Group Membership Rules, or if we give you extra time to pay if you do not pay your Membership amount when it is due, we may subsequently enforce the terms of this Agreement.

We may communicate related information to you by email.

We may assign the benefit of this Agreement and our rights to a third party provided we give you notice and your rights under this Agreement will not be prejudiced.

We may make reasonable changes to Membership Rules and to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

Other Clauses
Only you, the person named in the online joining process, can benefit from this Agreement.

If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable or illegal the remaining terms can still be enforced.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

You should print a copy of this Agreement for future reference.

Additional Services
Any "additional services" do not form part of this Agreement.

Any "additional services" (including, for example, Personal Coaching Sessions, Relationship Coaching, Photography Coaching, Photography Sessions, or Training) which you contract for or agree to pay for, do not form part of this Membership Agreement and the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement will not apply to them. You should be aware that if you enter into any agreement for "additional services", you are entering into an agreement under separate Terms & Conditions defined by those specific services.

Both Parties Agree
The Membership Group is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. This group is not a substitute for professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel or other professional services.

Coaching is for people who are basically well-adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives.

Coaching is designed to address areas the Client would like to consider. These could include (but are not limited to) career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, identifying plans of action, decision-making, productivity, and fulfillment. Coaching can involve exploring perspectives, brainstorming, questioning, values clarification, goal-setting, examining lifestyles, education, making requests, agreements to change behavior, and accountability.

Group Membership is a confidential relationship and we agree to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations where such confidentiality would violate the law.

Sharon Elizabeth Photography assumes that each person in the Group Membership is guided by his/her own beliefs and values, and these are respected.

The Client is fully responsible for his/her well-being during the coaching relationship, including his/her choices and decisions.

The Client is responsible for his/her own achievements and successes and we do not promise that the Client will take any specific action or attain specific goals.
