We typically book about 1 year in advance for weddings (less time for elopements) and 4 months in advance for photo-shoots - so because of this, we rarely (if ever) have last minute availability and will not be able to accommodate last minute scheduling. As soon as you know we're the photography team for you, please contact us to schedule your session/wedding!

If you're interested in booking a session or a wedding - a nonrefundable reservation fee and a signed contract are required to reserve your date/time. More details will be given at reservation!

How do I book a session/wedding with you or one of your associate photographers?  

Travel is based on availability and the location and we do assess travel fees. Please contact us for more information. Chase and Sharon are based out of OBX and our Associate Photographers are based in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. 

Do you travel? 

Yes - this is my career. I am licensed and insured. I have professional equipment and backups for my backups. 

Are you a professional photographer?  

Yes - in fact, I have a background in teaching - my first two years of college were spent as an Education Major before I switched over to Psychology/Counseling and Law. Teaching is my second passion in life and I love to share the things I've learned with others. Be sure to visit the Education page of my site to stay in the loop on our next workshop. I offer limited one-on-one mentoring sessions as well (online and in person)!

Do you offer workshops and/or mentoring sessions?  

Unfortunately no. Our weekends are specifically set aside for weddings, workshops and boudoir marathons. Exceptions may apply depending on the time of year. Sessions typically take place in the evening during the week (around sunset) so that you do not have to take an entire day off of work.

I need to book my portrait session on the weekend - is that possible? 

Photography is a luxury and not a 'necessity' and because of this, we cannot extend a discount to you. We do, however, offer flexible payment plans and we are more than happy to work with you. 

I'm in a tight spot financially, can I have a discount?
