Ohhh myyyy tears… I could just cry!!!
When Hurricane Florence was just a few mph from being a Cat 5 hurricane the week of Sarah + Patrick’s wedding, I made the difficult decision to find a replacement photographer for my Rockwood Manor wedding — with the wedding venue being 5 hours away and my team also not feeling safe to travel, I would have been traveling alone. This decision was SO terribly difficult….
As God would have it – I was connected with the PERFECT Associate photographer… Katelyn Workman Photography… that lived close to the venue!!! Not only were my insanely sweet bride + groom, Sarah + Patrick, beyond gracious with my decision, but Katelyn and her husband were truly deeply excited to shoot their wedding…. I cry just thinking about it all, honestly. God is so good! The crazy part is, just shortly before the wedding date, Katelyn had a bride/groom call off their wedding and she had been praying about the entire situation… and then Hurricane Flo happened!!! Makes me want to cryyyyy!

Patrick + Sarah…. I still can’t wait to hug you two for an anniversary session — and Katelyn already said she wants to stay friends forever
